Maintain a consistent dialogue between sites providing 3rd party supplier information is communicated to the nominated Atlanta facilitators and stakeholders
Ensure all suppliers nominated within the Procurement Lead’s portfolio are commercially managed in a timely and cost effective manner
Knowledge & Direct experience of the segment and willingness to learn
Good knowledge of Present IT literacy needs
Participate in all 3rd party supplier SRM reviews and ensure formal reviews are documented
Provide trend and historical data to support any discussions with our third-party service providers
Supplier Due Diligence tracking via Issue, Receipt, Approval and filing.
Skills
Persuasive & determined when dealing with challenges
Evidence of account management in the Insurance sector (desirable)
Educated to GCSE C Grade or higher including Maths & English Language
All Atlanta contracts are loaded onto the Atamis database and renewal triggers are outlined in a timely manner.
Where required, establish benchmark data with alternative external service providers
Provide continues service to the Merger and Acquisition sites, where required and align all “Related Contract synergies where possible.
