Educated to Degree or higher. Maths qualifications advantageous
Proven knowledge of similar insurance categories
Support the Investigation of all opportunities that exist to reduce total cost without compromise to quality.
Manage all aspects of team; Training , Discipline , Performance, Attendance and Review are conducted on a regular one to one basis and recorded accordingly.
Ensure the development of the team and its individual colleagues reach their maximum potential and subsequent recognition.
Ensure all KPI’s are updated and reviewed regularly and results centrally maintained
Ensure the team provide trend and historical data to support any discussions with our third-party service providers
Good knowledge of Present IT literacy needs
Skills
Hold regular portfolio based sessions with individual or team reviews are maintained
KPI Themes: Maintain daily function reviews, Cost committee submissions, Procurement Dashboard, Team savings/Inflation measures, KYS completion,
SRM application and measure, Supplier compliance tracking, Supplier Order adherence tracking
Provide frequent reports to the Head of Department on key performance aspects of the Department.
Ensure the team maintain a consistent dialogue between sites providing 3rd party supplier information is communicated to the nominated Atlanta facilitators and stakeholders.
Proven colleague management skills
Well driven team leading with a strong work ethic
Review and report on the function’s service to the Merger and Acquisition sites,
The ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people
Maintain awareness and communicate and regulatory changes that impact upon the business and specifically the Function.
