Proven experience driving business metrics
Hands on experience of marketing automation with a B2B marketing automation system (i.e. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo)
Experience of B2B and consumer marketing in a regulated environment.
Delivering marketing assets with a customer focus on time and to budget
Keep up to date with market, industry and competitor developments to help keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media marketing
Skills
Planning and creation of digital marketing campaigns, including automated and ad-hoc email campaigns, social media and display advertising to agreed budget
Manage our relationship with Feefo and Trustpilot and continuously explore ways to amplify the reach of the positive reviews we receive
Familiarity with analytics software, such as Google Analytics, to make data-driven decisions
Monitor and report on digital channel performance via Google analytics, Salesforce/Pardot and other systems to test/learn and maximise marketing performance. With the support of your direct reports, manage the delivery of digital events including virtual conferences and webinars.
Contribute to the development of effective digital creative concepts to fulfil digital marketing requirements across all products and channels.
Oversee social media activity and support direct reports in developing our presence across our social media channels
Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure successful delivery of the marketing strategy and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns
