An established and proven understanding of Digital principles and best practices

Experience in developing, implementing and executing website developments with particular focus on B2B

Experience in web development project management

Preferably experience within financial services (but not essential)

Guiding and advising on industry best practices and identifying new digital campaigns, developments and market opportunities

Experience with online graphics packages

Experience of HTML


Communicating and Influencing skills

Strong internal and external stakeholder management

Ability to identify new digital routes to market

Effective budget control and management

Draw up robust digital plan, ensuring plan and budgets are adhered to

Ensuring the delivery of consistent messages across all digital channels

Evaluate analytics to understand user behaviour and identify weaknesses and needed improvements to enhance online conversion

Strong resource management skills to ensure the team deliver projects and campaigns to schedule
