Strong marketing experience

Financial services marketing experience

Continuous online marketing campaign management to drive quality and relevant traffic


Manage media plans based on analysis of past performance and assessment of external drivers and future trends

Contribute to the development of strategies to significantly improve marketing efficiencies and effectiveness through improved creative impact, campaign integration, channel and media selection.

Production and management of communications and media strategies within agreed budgets and defined targets.

Essential to manage and motivate direct reports

Set targets for creating cost efficiencies within the marketing communications activity, working closely with proposition and other marketing communications colleagues

Develop close working relationships with all suppliers to ensure value for money is obtained at all times.

Ensure that all agreed timescales are met and that remedial action is taken if plans slip. “No surprises” is the rule.

To update Marketing plan monthly

Essential to develop good and strong professional relationships with peers and colleagues in other departments.

Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office
