Knowledge
Knowledge of General Insurance principles and practice (preferable but not essential)
Preferably experienced in designing and implementing new products, systems and methods of customer engagement.
Ability to produce accurate and relevant MI
Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Have sound numeracy and literacy skills
