Work experience
We’re always keen to encourage those just starting out in their career, and there’s nothing like getting a taste of a real-life business environment to work out of it might suit you. That’s why we can offer work experience throughout Atlanta. These are currently offered on an ad hoc basis, working with local partner schools, but you can express your interest by emailing us at [email protected].
Becoming an apprentice
We offer apprenticeships at Atlanta which are work-based learning programmes that mean you can work in your role whilst studying the skills, knowledge and behaviours to help you succeed and progress.
We offer a variety of programmes in all areas of our business, allowing you to combine on the job activities with online and face-to-face learning and coaching. What you’ll learn depends on your role and the programme that best supports your development and aspirations. As long as you’re over 16 you can apply.
You’ll receive recognised qualifications and will benefit from ongoing and personalised support from Atlanta and our training partners. It’s a long-term programme where you will gain lots of new experiences and valuable industry knowledge, building internal and external networks along the way.
We make sure you have the time to achieve your apprenticeship, with development time expected to take up 20% of your working life.
Graduate programmes
Finished university and want to put what you've learned into practice? No matter what your degree is in, an Atlanta Graduate Programme will enhance your career. Our programmes offer you a structured work and study programme, giving you the professional qualifications, through a Degree Apprenticeship, to excel in your career as well as gaining vital on the job experience.
You’ll be supported by a mentor throughout your programme and will develop a thorough understanding of your chosen function to give you the knowledge, skills and behaviours to further your career with us.
Internships
On occasions we offer internship placements. Our placements vary from undertaking remote consultancy project work to working alongside experienced colleagues. You’ll learn about our business and gain vital career skills that we hope see you return to Atlanta when you complete your studies.
