Brand & PR Manager


Work with Social CS team to understand impact of sentiment on the relative brands – including Trustpilot and Feefo and report changes and impacts to rest of team

Ensure collectively the team are fully immersed in new PR, social content techniques to create audience engagement

Degree educated or equivalent experience

Extensive experience in Social content techniques

Work with Digital team to ensure social content aids the delivery of the transactional demand-related

Work with the creative team to provide relevant and on brand content

Proven experience in PR management

A Financial Services background (desirable)

A background in overseeing customer sentiment and taking appropriate action on this

Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape

Manage social media content – through in house and supplier relationships


Deliver creative and stand out PR and Creative campaigns working with the internal marketing team and PR agencies

Manage the booking and placement of advertisements within the team

Experience in managing ambassador relationships and contracts

Strong negotiation techniques

Previous Line Management experience (desirable)

Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timeliness of brand communications is adhered to

Manage and deliver against supplier and ambassador contracts – to ensure all PR opportunities are being optimised

Manage Marketing Assistant to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Ensuring budgets are managed effectively and updates communicated to Senior Brand & PR Manager

Research and monitor the performance of competitor advertisements activity

Understand the performance of these advertisements and ensure they are optimised after approval from Senior Brand and PR Manager

Ensuring correct advert placement in correct publications

To actively support and encourage at all times, compliance with our quality principles, company policies and best practice in security, legal and regulatory requirements

To safeguard information, paying particular attention to customer and employee data and business sensitive information

To be aware of and understand Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure and Code of Conduct. To question and act upon concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing by following the Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure

Ensure all output brand messaging, PR and promotions are fit for purpose and adheres to all regulatory and compliance rules


Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
