Our induction programmes are designed to introduce to you the organisation, give you the tools you need to start your role, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
Our bespoke training programmes help new starters settle in, and are just the beginning of the training and development opportunities open to Atlanta staff.
We offer work-based apprenticeships which start from Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE) and progress to Level 7 (equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree).
Many are also blended with professional industry qualifications like CII, CIPD, and ACCA, and we’ll even give you time in your workday to follow your chosen programme.
We think that great colleagues can be great leaders if they want to be. Our leadership programmes are tailored to our colleagues, structured over 12 months, and include interactive group meetings as well as one-to-one sessions.
Our brilliant trainers and coaches will help you take your learnings and apply them in the workplace, giving you real-life leadership experience and confidence.
