Write Brief/Design Conception/Final Production of solution for all channels both on and offline
Increasing knowledge of design/marketing/digital trends

Ensure artwork is fit for purpose for the channel required – online / offline
Ensure all staff are fully skilled in the most up to date design techniques across on and offline channels
Oversee all design for all channels
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – In particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC
Use of Microsoft Office Packages

Generate calls, quotes and online traffic through campaigns
Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations managed throughout
Communicate & liaise with publications/printers/suppliers/external agencies
Working with key internal customers across all levels of the business
Work closely with marketing managers and head of marketing to ensure smooth running of department
Supporting more lower grade members of the team
Communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
Negotiate prices/terms/art-work specs with the above
