Atlanta Group recently sponsored the award for Outstanding Employee Network of the Year at the British Diversity Awards. Our CEO, Emma Rawlinson, had the honour of presenting the award to the deserving winner on the big night – Forces Community Network by Centrica. It was an inspirational evening with lots of famous faces  recognising and celebrating organisations that share our dedication to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. At Atlanta, diversity, equity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords for us, they are core values that we work towards every day. Back in November, we were proud to be awarded Gold Diversity and Inclusion Excellence at the Insurance Times Awards and we continue to make strides forward with initiatives like our Diversity and Inclusion Network.
