The British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) held its annual conference in Manchester on 10-11 May. Themed ‘Rising to the Challenge’, the conference brought together over 9,000 insurance professionals from across the UK to discuss the latest trends and challenges facing our industry.
We were delighted to be exhibiting as part of The Ardonagh Group at this year’s conference. Our show-stopping yacht-themed stand design captured the spirit of adventure and the journey Ardonagh and its businesses have been on, as well as our independence and unique voice in the marketplace.
Young Broker Day
Young Broker Day took place on day two of the BIBA conference. Our teams showcased the world of opportunity and careers available within the Group and within our profession, to support the attraction of talent to our industry.
Atlanta Group CEO, Emma Rawlinson, took to the stage to share insights from her own stellar career to inspire young brokers on their own journeys. Emma spoke about the steps she took to climb the ladder and what inspired her to get there.
